I would not even give this shop 1* The lady who is apparently the owner is so rude!! She has no people skills, speaks in an incredibly rude manner - no idea how she is running a business. I would not recommend anyone to shop here, save your time and go to a different shop. Quality and customer service is bound to be better than MSGL Fashion. They need to be shut down, pure money grabbing, rip off individuals. Absolutely disgusting.

These people are absolute crooks!! I would give no stars if I could. Bought an item which was defective. Went back for a refund only to be denied it! Was told only exchange. That would have been fine if I simply had just changed my mind but since the item was defective I am allowed a refund anywhere in the UK!! I left their item at the store and they happily kept the money and the item!! There people are in a Muslim area and are Muslims but do not fear Allaah!! I will wait till Day of Judgement for my repayment! Also the supplication of the oppressed is answered. So oh Allaah if they wronged me and You are All Aware then reward these people with what they deserve, aameen.
