They sold us a car with numerous mechanical defects and sprayed over filler on side panels which suffered a catastrophic malfunction when the turbochager blew up. When asked to deal with this they tried to ignore us, stopped answering the phone and disappeared. Do not touch them with a barge pole.

Great little car shop. Found a great Audi A4 which was great quality at a very competitive price. The owner was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived he said his example he had couldn't be bettered. I had a further check around the local area during the and couldn't find any with the same quality. Happy with our purchase so far would recommend having a look and going for a test drive if they have a car your looking for.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CAR HERE. We purchased a car and something didn’t feel right on the car, took it to a garage and the engineer told us that there was NO CLUTCH in the car. When I phoned and informed the manger of Multi Cars. He refused to pay for the full fixtures of getting the clutch installed and said “it looked good on the outside not my problem” It was only until I had to legally check the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and legally correct him. That he then got very aggressive on the phone and tried to offer not the full price back. I had to correct him again that legally he had to pay the full price back of the clutch kit, guide brush, labouring and VAT that he finally sent the full amount along with an aggressive and threatening tone and demanded that I never phone him back. Disgusting service and really could have put my partner, myself and my 20 month old baby in danger and didn’t care that they did so.
