Ordered lamb sizzler the other night & enjoyed it so ordered it again tonight, what I got was the cheaper kebab at sizzler price, I've order from munch at least twice a week, I don't think they will be getting any more orders from me as I also pay for delivery & the drivers refuse to use stairs to 2nd floor (no lift) I have to go down and find them on the road,

These people are expert in making worst food. Total waste of money. Rubbish cold fried chicken dipped in oil. Frozen microwaved kebab. Left food on their table so they might learn a lesson. Staf rude. Stay away from this place if u wanna quality fresh tasty food.

Waste of time and money even microwave ready meal way better than this dry and rubbery doner, management even make people fool like it is how it is to be, ridiculous answer, munch is disrespecting food, serving non standard old food to customers. Old meat mixed with too dry dark, thanks for making my evening bad, hope they improve and get some food passion instead of money passion only
