Must and Lees is a great local independent wine shop which puts on tasting events. I never thought I’d pair Burgundy with Big Mac or Fried Chicken with Champagne but Must and Lees wine tasting events opened my eyes to the world of wines and how they work with food flavours. Took the WSET Level 2 course here and had such a wonderful time. Chris is super knowledgeable and an engaging teacher, we had great discussions (over delicious wines!) Been frequenting this local for a few months now and did my WSET level 1 course here with Chris, which I really enjoyed! Chris was a great instructor - very passionate about teaching us from the curriculum as well as going beyond and answering our many questions (however silly). This is one of my fave places to pick up a bottle or two as well, as Chris is always keen to engage and provide his recommendations!
