I was referred by my dentist to this centre as a private patient for bite correction and teeth straightening and would highly recommend then for their expertise in this field. The complexity and effort required was significant and the pricing was clear, transparent and very good value. The orthodentist was great and very experienced and has done an amazing job! It was easy to get an appointment and the service at reception was great too.

We had an appointment at 6.15pm. Rang to let them know i would be 2 or 3 mins late as i was latterly around the corner and i have been told that my appointment should be rescheduled. Luckily i got there exactly at 6.15 and had to wait at least another 15mins to be seen by orthodontist. She sid not realised that i travelled 4 miles away to attent appointment in nightmare traffic. Not helpful

Initially wasn't impressed with the prolonged processes, lack of communication and back and forth between dentist and orthodontist to get my daughter's braces fitted. There have been recent changes amongst their lead practitioners and my experience is vastly improved. They are proactively and effectively communicating with me and the dentist and are moving things along much quicker. From recent interactions I'm much happier with the treatment my daughter is receiving.

Absolute complete and utter waste of time. My daughter was referred here for her brace and they’ve been an absolute disaster. Was told she needed 4 teeth taking out and it turns out she doesn’t ! We’ve unfortunately had to pay to go private as this place has let my daughter down so badly and we cannot wait any longer to get her brace fitted.. Avoid like the plague ! It should be closed down!
