I've been doing sewing lessons with Silvia for a while now, and it's been great so far. I'm learning a lot, and I definitely feel like I'm making progress each week. Silvia is a fantastic teacher, and clearly has years of experience. I've been improving my fairly basic home sewing skills with her, but I think sewers of all abilities could get a lot out of taking classes with her. It's also been good to try using a professional sewing machine and overlocker, and I'm now feeling more confident about sewing and pattern cutting at home. Silvia is a lovely and patient teacher, and I'd absolutely recommend her!

Silvia worked with me to make my wedding dress. I wanted something non-traditional (ended up with a floor-length sequin gown with sleeves) and from the first meeting, she completely got it. I came armed with a couple of pictures of parts of dresses I liked and we had a great chat. Silvia drew up some great designs and was really patient and encouraging until I got what I wanted. She was great to work with and super creative. The dress was absolutely stunning and absolutely what I wanted. The whole process was super easy and positive. Thank you, Silvia! If you want something fantastic, especially if it's not your run-of-the-mill dress, she's your woman.
