Unfortunately, it seems this company is excessively over-priced. As a local director, they received one of my first phone calls, but I soon discovered their pricing was almost double that of other directors in the area. For example, they charge £1,550 for a horse and carriage (cost price is £750), meaning they profit from this service to the tune of £800 - despite already making a 50%+ margin and only needing to make one phone call to arrange it. Their total cost came in at over £6,500 based on my requirements. Eventually, I received a BEAUTIFUL service, including everything, for under £3,500. Sadly, it seems this company is most interested in profiteering during times of extreme grief after the loss of a loved one.
