I am so glad we chose N J Cook. We have had the most horrendous house purchase to deal with. Not to mention access issues with the cottage, which just added to our already very high stress levels. Neil & Kerry his lovely wife. Were swift to react to any of our issues that presented a problem. Were both a calming influence, made us feel confident at least there will not be anymore issues to deal with on top of what we were already facing and had faced during purchase. They communicated throughout the process about what they were doing and what they could do. Their packing materials are well priced and extremely good quality. (do not buy anything off ebay) get them from N J Cook. Their staff are polite, pleasant and extremely swift. I am never moving again after this (hopefully) but I will be sad to not liaise with the fab 2 because they have been just fabulous. Highly recommend as a removal firm and so glad we did'nt use anyone else
