The Staff member was extremely rude was informed her name was Aisha by another colleague she was extremely unhelpful informed her I wanted a breast piece instead of leg as I don’t eat leg (does say on app inform staff of requirements) said I could not have it as it was busy informed her as I had ordered half and quarter of the same spice I should be able to get the quarter in breast she informed me I could swap it with the half chicken to which I replied why would I do that it would not be fair to my friend who paid for there portion the manager then informed me that would be ok I could get a breast instead of the leg then the colleague was stood there talking about me having an attitude and approached me saying I was giving her attitude informed her I spoke to her politely and I wasn’t asking for anything extraordinary just a simple request one I ask for every time I go to Nando’s I have been going to the same Nando’s for over 10 years I was left extremely upset by this and will not be returning to this store again never have I felt so upset whilst eating in Nando’s or anywhere

Went in today my sister wanted a breast piece instead of a leg piece for her quarter chicken meal. The girl she asked was extremely rude to her and said it cannot be done bare in mind we have always been to this branch and she has always asked for the same thing to be altered on her order and they have always been more than happy to do it for her. The girls name is aisha and she was showing so much attitude and the thing that made it much worse was she was standing right across us talking bad about my sister and how she was the one in the wrong. I'm sorry but if you work in customer service you need to know how to deal with certain situations and the way she handled it was extremely extremely poor she did not even apologise. Will not be eating at this branch ever again.

Visited this Nando’s branch on Sunday 18th March was really busy accommodated us within 10mins. After our order were told at our table some items were out of stock, Debbie the manager offered us a better alternative and offered us an extra side free of charge. We offered to pay didn’t take any more money, food was brilliant customers service was even better.
