My go to Nandos in Leeds, mainly for delivery but thought I’d collect today! Requested the wings well done with a crispy skin and they had to ask them to cook them more when I got there as they could’ve been grilled more (personal choice). The gentleman that served me, may have been the manager, was extremely polite, smiling, helpful, welcoming and very respectful, thank you! The store is well signed to advise customers that they should not park in the car park outside the store. Didn’t give 5 as the wings had to be grilled further even after my initial request but once received, I was all smiles after eating them, bang on! I ordered Vusa and that IS the hottest I’ve ever had from ANY Nandos. Keep up the quality and good customer service guys! Well done!!!

"" BE AwaRe"" When ever you want to eat at this Nando's don't stop the car out of the restaurant. I was charged £60. Just to enter into the parking area. Before ordering I asked the customer service about the parking, they told that this is not their parking. Even it was on the front of restaurant gate. I moved away immediately. I think maximum 3 minutes were there with the car and it cost £60. So be careful.
