Usually I have no issues with Nandos food and don't like to complain but unfortunately today the chicken was overdone and had a burnt taste which made it unpleasant to eat. However staff member Ines and the manager reacted positively. They both apologised and the manager replaced both our chicken burger and chicken pieces. Ines is a lovely smiley young lady and very helpful. We really enjoyed our time there with my 2 young children and friend. Thank you. Kid-friendliness: High chairs available, plenty of space for a pram and the high chairs around the table. Crayons and paper available to keep them entertained too.
