Firstly I’ve never eaten without the chicken being cremated, the peri salted chips looked like they heard of peri before but failed to have any on them, and god forbid you want food within an hour of ordering and even worse you ask for food because they run away. The bread is older than than the store. And oh my try get a workers attention it’s like doing a relay race. And my halloumi fries I saw the pig behind eat one. Oh and if you want a table make sure you bring a tent and camp out before. Not so kind regards - unsatisfied customer Parking: Decent parking fair play

I have visited this Nandos three times now, everytime has been a disappointment (I have a nandos once a week up and down the UK so I would like to think I know what a good nandos is). This one is a disappointment. Alwayshas something not available, today was buffet wing, coleslaw, broccoli, everything I wanted. The nandos is always cold here and to top it off the staff are useless. NANDOS DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GET SOME NEW MANAGEMENT.

I was in Nandos in Monkscross about 3 weeks ago with my friend. We had such a great welcome from when we walked in till we sat down on the allocated table. Well, there's one lady that stood out. Her name is Siv. She really went out to help us as we're both having mobility difficulties. We were served like we were celebrities with the correct meal and she took her time get drinks and cutlery for us at the table. She really went out her way to make us happy. We were so impressed to have that kind of service. I would like to say thank you for all this. Siv is more than a 5 star 🌟 🤩. Please keep up the good job, you've got the good team in there. We will be coming again and again soon, we'll done Siv!!!!
