I was more or less backed into a corner by Swindon Borough Council to use this firm to act as a REMOVAL firm even though they're not registered as this. They're registered as a cleaning service.I was told that if I used them the council would pay, but if I chose someone else, I would have to pay. It was a difficult time for moving because my original date was the 23rd of December 2021! I wasn't able to find anyone available for then, so I had to agree to Nanogreen. They rang me twice when I'd said I was going to be at a funeral - poor communication. They turned up on the 10th of January (I was unable to move on the 23rd December due to stress). The senior man talked at me, repeating the same thing 3 times when I'd understood the 1st time. I expressly asked them NOT to take a particular box because I hadn't finished packing the China properly. Next thing I know is hearing a crash coming from downstairs: They had loaded the aforementioned box on the top of the overloaded sack trolley and it had fallen off! I called out "What was that crash?" They tried to say nothing had happened even though I and my friend could see a mug had fallen to the concrete floor and they were trying to hold on to the rest of the boxes while trying to pick up the fallen one and any spillage at the same time! By 2.00ish in the afternoon, I had brain fog due to my Fibromyalgia (I'd been told that they had been informed about this condition). But again, the senior man kept firing questions at me despite me sitting with my head in my hand and saying "I don't know.". They are due back to complete the move tomorrow (19/1/22) and I am dreading it.
