They do a really good job of merchandising in this shop and the staff are always helpful and lovely. Bought some very nice items and always check in when in Totton as they have nice turnover time.

I love this place. A gem amongst Totton town center's charity shops. There are various items to choose from examples includes books, clothes, fashion items and so on. On top of the items on display, the staff were amazing and the kindest. I bought a couple of things they were the most patient and the friendliest. I love getting items from charity shops because of their purpose, I would surely return at Naomi House & Jacksplace.

This charity shop is a big shop, with lots of space to browse & shop. Lots of lovely stock that changes regularly. The staff are very helpful & friendly.
