I came to see Esra at NAR LONDON follwing some hair loss issues. I first had an initial consultation with her in which I found her to be knowledgeable & honest. I did several sessions of PRP + Mesotherapy that brought good results and I am very happy. Through the course of my PRP treatments I discovered that Esra is also an Functional Medicine and integrative health practitioner. She helped me with peri-menopausal issues, candida and energy levels. I followed her detox & Candida + Menopausal protocols that truly made a huge impact on my life for the better. Esra is an absolute angel!! Not only is she extremely skilled with what she does (the best face treatments, eyelash curling, etc.), but she is incredibly knowledgeable about all things microbiome/gut health. I first started seeing Esra for face treatments only, but overtime I see her for everything beauty related and now diet related, most recently the Gut Detox protocol she recommended for me based on a bacteria overgrowth I have in my body. I have had severe anxiety, poor digestion, was sleeping badly, low energy, etc. and my GP was unable to figure out how to solve these issues. Esra put together a customized plan around resetting my gut health, for me to heal my body naturally, instead of taking a bunch of antibiotics and things that would make my symptoms worse – and I have never felt better. I have learned SO much from her and feel like she has truly changed my life for the better. I could not recommend her services more!
