Absolutely amazing customer service from Natasha right from the word go. I don't live in the area so made email contact to arrange a floral delivery. Natasha was fantastic and send ideas of arrangements/price. Worked exactly to my budget. On day of delivery I discovered recipient was out of country. Natasha was amazing and said she would rearrange another bouquet for when they returned at no extra cost. Both the original and replacement arrangements were stunning. I highly recommend Natasha and just wished she lived in the same area as me so that I could always get flowers from her!

Natasha is super talented and her creations are superb. Natasha is very accommodating, even if you ask last minute. If I could give Natasha 100 ⭐️ I would.
