I loved the principal idea, so i went insisde, wanted to discover this world.. The 2 first girls I was talking with were not really friendly, but well, correct. I tried 3 things (i wanted to try all!! Specialy the soft cream, but the machine was not working.. Of course, it's not the reason why I remove star, it's not their fault..) enjoying sit at the window, one white cake was okay, but the 2 others (include the donut) were really bad and suspects in the flavors.. At night I was sick.. If the price would be lower, it almost would be "ok" (not to be sick) but it was super expensive, more expensive than gastronomic cake with fresh and good ingredients. Also, the girl working downostair, explaining everything about the designer was really nice and helpful, the fashion was as well, i wanted to buy! I don't like to put bad grade, but i did not enjoy my moment for a high price. I felt the food was "put something super expensive and i don't care if it's good or not, poeple will buy it because it's original". Hope you will work on that.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, overall a good experience and I liked the matcha latte with vanilla syrup (four stars because the other latte which was cocoa/charcoal wasn’t to our taste but that’s probably just personal choice). Would probably go back from the matcha latte and the fact they use fairly healthy ingredients

I was brought the honey cake for my birthday as I am gluten and dairy free. I have to say it is the worst desert I have had it tastes like powder nothing else and you can barely swallow it. What an absolute waste of money :( plus side it looks cute

Sorry but woman who served us very rude. Don't get pulled in by the tiktok/insta hype. We were there 10mins before opening and didnt know so we asked are you open and she rolled her eyes and said "it doesn't look like it does it". Wouldn't let us sit on the empty outside chairs to wait till it opened. When she let us in the coffee tasted really fishy and for a regular coffee was very overpriced. Too much of a faff with the 20 different things she did to it for it to taste wrong. Good to take photos, bad for everything else.
