After a few unsuccessful interviews I thought I had nothing to lose so decided to get in touch with Wayne about a role I saw which so happened was in a sector which I had personal interest in anyway. After an initial conversation about my employment history to date, experience etc he gave me his honest opinions and put me forward for the role. Initially I was a bit skeptical as Wayne was singing praises about this particular role and company and my thoughts were "he just wants his comission" but within a day or so a first stage interview was arranged. Wayne made sure to keep in touch to prep me before hand about the interview and reassure me about the role and company (pretty sure he knew I was a bit unsure) but it turns out everything he said was true as the people who interviewed me he had placed in the role I was applying for. Got to second stage interview set up within a day of my first and again Wayne was always available to offer support and encouragement and tips for the interview process, and throughout my stages of interviews my confidence in Wayne grew. I am happy to say I was offered the role within a few hours of my second interview and all in all my whole recruitment process took less than 2 weeks. Would be more than happy to recommend Wayne for anyone who is looking for a new and challenging role and if the need ever arise work with Wayne again in the future!

Very responsive and actually take the time to look at the details on your cv to see how they can fit with the role! I was always provided with updates on the next steps and was prepped before each interview. During the prep, Wayne not only helped with answers to standard interview questions but he gave a background on who you would be speaking to, which I found particular helpful. Overall it’s a 10/10 on service and I got the job so bonus.

Amazing company, I applied for a job and within an hour they had contacted me about setting up and interview which I had within 2 days. Wayne stayed in contact throughout and was absolutely lovely he was really professional but very approachable. He let me ask anything without me feeling stupid, bonus is I got the job!
