I would AVOID this car park. As mentioned in many other reviews there are misleading parking signs in the corner of this car park and it isn't a safe place to leave your car. I parked here for two days and paid via the sign that says pay here. I was therefore shocked to receive a £100.00 parking fine weeks later, luckily I had screen shots of the payment board next to my car and also the payment receipt. I sent this to NCP and they replied with 'this is SIPS and not our sign' . I have argued with them as the SIPS parking sign shouldn't be in their car park. Obviously their reply. 'not interested pay' in a nutshell. Park elsewhere as people have mentioned cars getting broke into here too.

NCP has done it again, not only is parking enormously overpriced but, in Manchester, where the only way to pay is by app, the NCP app doesn't work with up to date android phones! Well done! Congratulations. NCP have been a woeful, greedy company my whole adult life , I'm glad to see NCP are sticking to it's commitment to give its customers the worst possible experience for the most amount of money possible. Also, just a little aside, as you're probably aware, the NCP app on Google play has received 1.3 stars... thats very difficult to do, real effort has to be expended in order to achieve that. Well done. NCP must be very proud.
