Highly recommend and have already rebooked! We were a little nervous for Dobbys first stay (as a previously abandoned rescue cat) but Karen put us at ease and showed us the facilities, which were spacious, very clean, kept the cats protected and had everything they could possibly need (Beds, scratchers, toys, food, treats, heaters and fusses!) We had little updates on the Facebook page and messenger during his stay. We were told all about his stay when we picked him up and they knew Dobbys personality and quirks showing how much time they must have spent with him! Karen was also able to accommodate our request to spray his bedding with Feliway, but also informed us that we can bring a plug in for his next stay if we would like to. Since coming home he has been his super fussy, silly self!
