Waited ages to get a table, even though the pub was quiet. Service was slow and food was poor. Chicken strips were soggy, garlic bread seemed like it had been microwaved

Went into the ask for information on weather or not t they would allow us in for a evening meal (4 adults) accompanied by our family dog. The young lady who gave us the news that service dogs only are allowed in the establishment was quite rude and abrupt and was not a good example to your business. I fully understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but a quiet corner in the bar area would of sufficed. After being declined by your establishment my family and myself found another pub nearby and they welcomed us with open arms in the bar where we went on to have a lovely meal and pleasant time where we spent approximately £150. I live in Cornwall and dogs are welcome in a vast majority of eateries and would be pleased to have received any amount of money in this very difficult financial time the whole country is going through. If The Hungry Horse franchise can afford to loose money on the non acceptance of dogs then they are financially foolish. I will never be using your brand again anywhere.

As basic a pub style restaurant can be. Menu is pretty big, food is cheap, service is normally very quick. Given it is cheap and quick food, the quality reflects that, bless 'em
