Really can't speak highly enough of the service provided by Dan and the team at Nest. Our house was marketed professionally and efficiently, which lead to a very prompt sale. What we really loved was how every stage and decision was explained to us and how it linked in to achieving the best possible outcome for us. The real value we found, however, came after the sale. The chain ended up being quite protracted and Dan expertly kept our buyers informed so that there was minimal pressure on us (despite the market going a little crazy!). This made the whole process much easier for us than it could have been.
