Our cottage rentals come fully furnished with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom(s). We provide linens, towels, and basic kitchen supplies. Additionally, each cottage has access to outdoor amenities such as a grill, picnic table, and fire pit.

What is the check-in/check-out process?

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. We ask that guests please adhere to these times to ensure that our cleaning staff has enough time to prepare the cottage for the next guests. If you need to arrange for early or late check-in/check-out, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What is the cancellation policy for cottage rentals?

Our cancellation policy for cottage rentals is as follows: if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your deposit minus a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date, we will retain your full deposit. If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date, we will retain your full payment.

Are pets allowed in the cottages?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our cottages. We understand that pets are a part of the family, but we have had issues in the past with damage and allergies.

Is there a minimum stay requirement for cottage rentals?

Yes, we have a two-night minimum stay requirement for cottage rentals. This ensures that we are able to properly clean and prepare the cottage for each guest.
