    Very, very disappointed. Asked to take it the waist, the job was very poorly done, it was very obvious that only the waist was tooked in and there was extra fabric left hanging there. After asking for refund, the owner insisted that it be fixed the next day, and they will give the money back it if I’m not satisfied. After more than a week, I was not happy with the work, I was refused to give a refund and told to come back later. The staff speaks very poor English. After I came back for third time (10 days after I came in the first time), the owner argued a lot, was very impolite, rude and manipulative. After lots of arguing, i was given the refund in cash (although initially payed be card) The jeans are ruined, time wasted

    If I could give 0 star I would. Save your money go elsewhere. Had a jean zipper replaced here. First try in the shop the zip gets stuck but the guys says 'Oh it can be a bit stiff at first'. I accept that and leave with the jeans - the zip gets stuck and breaks on first time undoing them. I take them back, the guy originally refuses to accept it was them that fixed the jeans as theirs are different zips but eventually agrees to fix, doesn't give me a time just takes my phone number. After a few days I pop in to ask if they're done - no, next day. Ok no worries. Fixed again, zip looks a bit better this time but still very stiff. I say "ok but if they break again I'll be back". Well they broke again, same way, same place (doing up, not undoing quickly - these are mom-fit jeans not tight skinny jeans) so I take them back and ask for a refund. The guy declines saying I've clearly ripped them off, this break looks completely different etc. He eventually starts touching my hands/arms saying "you're a good girl, I can see, so be a good girl, be honest" 🤮 I continue to ask for a refund, eventually seeing I'm getting nowhere I ask for a partial refund. He seems to take that as me admitting it's my fault (otherwise why would I accept anything but a full refund) and changes tactics from patronising sexist to saying that actually it was clearly someone else who ripped the jeans off, we were too excited in a hurry to get them off me? (Yeah. Really.) Eventually offers to just fix them but I must agree not to come back. I won't accept that and say to give me half the price (£10) and I'll leave. He then starts arguing saying that's not how much I paid, so I have to show my bank statement to prove it as they took my receipt the first time I dropped the jeans off again. We keep arguing he finally agreed to £10 in cash. Absolutely outrageous behaviour.
