Management are really supportive and the staff work really well together and support each other to provide 5* home care. I have worked my way up from Senior carer to coordinator and have been supported every step of the way by the registered manager and deputy manager. Support is always available and we always have great feedback from the service users and their family's.

I called this company to try and get a reference for someone that applied to where I work. I have received nothing but abuse, rudeness and unprofessionalism from both people I spoke to. I asked for a name and was rudely refused, I asked to speak to a manager and the person cut the phone and blocked my number. I am very displeased by this as this is illegal and because of this I am deciding to take legal action. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I only hope they don't treat their staff and elderly the same
