I sent in all the relevant documents for my E Visa and received notification that the documentation was approved and to pay the £24.00 Service Fee. I called to confirm the money had been received and had a verbal confirmation. That was on the 19th December 2022 I am still waiting for my E Visa and no one is picking up the phone, only to be transferred to the repeated recorded message that your call is held before being terminated because you have exceeded your waiting time, dreadful service. Is this an independent organisation or is it run by the NZ Government?

This process happened twice the automated message stated “you have exceeded number of attempts” then the call is terminated! I only made ONE call. Terrible customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

There was no one who can help about visa application. The lady said they do not have access to any application. Another problem was the appointments time.I did booking and they said all have to wait in a queue to enter the office. I been there more than hour, just waste of time without any result !!! Sorry and upset
