    We live and motorhome mostly in Europe where facilities for motorhomes are readily available and where, for a small charge, you can empty toilet cassettes on a campsite. On the Newlands site it said " Facilities for emptying waste"so we presumed ( wrongly!) that we could do this. On phoning to check, the receptionist was extremely rude, laughed at us, and made it clear that of course we couldn't and how rude of us to even ask. I don't expect her to know the difference in Europe to the UK, but ignorance is no excuse for rudeness. Think we'll stick to Europe!

    Storage was great, the plot and the access roads were large and spacious. Plenty of room. The site had a very safe feel to it and the staff were always available and on hand to assist.

    Waste of time and rude with it. We were on the waiting list for storing a 9m motorhome of which we were very clear with sizes, make of vehicle and emailed to clarify details. On arrival I was shown a plot that would not fit our motorhome and was told “if you cannot squeeze it in then go as I’m busy”, two hour round trip with the kids and not even an apology, disgusting attitude. Very poor customer service, has no knowledge of motorhomes, one to avoid
