We are extremely pleased with our new Gatsby Sofa. From start to finish, the attention to detail in the ordering process, and delivery were great. This Sofa is big! 3 seater could comfortably seat 4. It is also built to last, as it weighs a lot, and shows no signs of flexing when moved. The seat cushions are nice and firm, and very deep. I would highly recommend this company, for both quality, and detail.

I do not know where to begin, I ordered a 2 seater Gatsby Sofa and Armchair last year in August. I had a decorator booked but got let down. Sam, at Newman and Bright very kindly kept the sofa and chair in storage for me at no extra charge. I could not get a Decorator until July this year, Sam still held everything in storage until a week ago and then it was delivered. I cannot tell you how fantastic and thrilled I am about these two items. The workmanship is excellent, the quality of the leather is absolutely top notch. I cannot praise this Company enough, I would definitely recommend to everyone and the value for money is great too.

(Pictures attached). I needed a corner couch of specific sizing and the usual well-known furniture shops did not have the right combination I needed. I decided to look for a local place which could make custom sofas – pricey but was sure the premium would be worth it. I found Newman & Bright website, it looked convincing so I took the time to go their store and see some sofas. What was on display was excellent. I specified the needed sofa with Rafi, paid the 50% deposit (£1,492.50) and excitedly awaited delivery date. The service over the phone was appalling – only backing down when I asked Rafi to get his recording for us to listen. Anyway – paid the remaining 50% and sofa arrived. At this stage – the attitude I had experienced told me I really had no option but to live with the very substandard quality sofa that was delivered. It was no where near the ok quality of what was on display. I have recently ordered a new, similar sofa from well-known store at the cost of £2500 and I am getting rid of the Newman & Bright sofa (for free) having had to suffer looking at it for 18 months. Attitude was very bad (after I paid 50%) and quality of sofa was terrible. --- 31 July 2021 In response to the owner comment. I will call you on Monday and email you the receipt. Your attitude to this review proves my point.

If you want to have an extraordinary choice of fabric coupled with fantastic style and quality workmanship , made in England, look no further than Newman and Bright for your furniture. We even had photos during the process to build our beautiful sofas to keep us up to date. Our Art Deco sofas are everything we hoped for and couldn't find any where else but Newman and Bright, we would recommend this company very much.

Order ID: Gatsby Art Deco Style Sofas Very satisfied with the customer service at Newman and Bright; Sam was extremely helpful with the leather and colour choices and went far and beyond to make sure we had the ones we wanted. It was worth it, the sofas are stunning and make a real statement! Very good quality too, we are very pleased :-)
