Rude staff. No customer service. Sent a parcel with them on the 3rd of April and the buyer hasn't recieved it yet. Parcel Force tracking system says it hasn't been collected yet. Where is my item! Would never use again. I will stick to my friendly local Post Office in Ravenshead. My items actually get posted from there! I will continue investigating where my parcel is and if not found i will report you.

I have been to this post office a number of times. The young man who has served me has been rude on most occasions. Does not display manners or customer service skills. I will not go in again. Some training is needed.

Came in at 5:10pm for the post office as the website says it closes at 8pm, and instead of just telling me they are closed they were rude to me and shouted at me that they are closed - there was no need to shout very rude and very disappointed with the way I was treated !!
