My experience that they don't return phone calls or emails. Once you are in a property there is no support at all. If you contact the landlord because they are not returning communications and sorting out repairs you get a email to say not to contact them. That leaves you in the situation where repairs become a issue and you end up doing them yourself because you are left with no one taking ownership. I spoke to the landlord re leaving at the end of the month he agreed verbally and said to contact Nicholls Tyreman which I did. They are now saying I can't end the tenancy until the end of April. I have let properties for over 30 years and in terms of property management this as been the I real eye opener I think I have been so lucky in the past where the property managers have cared. sadly these don't regard the tenants as people. Read the reviews and go with the ones that care because it makes such a difference.

Absolutely appalling management of properties and communications. I've been requesting serious, and dangerous, maintenance faults be fixed on a property I rent for over 3 months now. Despite chasing continuously, nothing is carried out or repaired. My emails are now completely ignored and have been since January. I've rented probably 10 properties throughout the course of my life and never had this experience with a letting agent before. Wouldn't recommend renting as a tenant or letting your property out through them as they have made clear they do not maintain the properties on their books.

Barnaby deserves a mention as he was the main contact with Nikki helping in his absence. Both were a great help throughout the whole process He was excellent at chasing the other estate agents involved in the chsin and the buyers. Highly recommend and would use again.
