I booked an appointment with Anna after struggling with Vestibular balance disorder/dizziness for 4 years. She really listened to me and gave me exercises to follow. After 4 sessions with her I feel I have my life back. I would highly recommend this practice. Thanks Anna

I was really struggling and totally miserable with dizziness 24/7. I didn’t know what to do. I went to A and E twice - the first time I was diagnosed with vertigo and the second time with an ear infection. I had an appointment with an ENT specialist who told me there was nothing wrong with me and to drink 2 litres of water every day. I started to do lots of research and came across Vestibular Physiotherapy and that’s where I found Anna in Rawdon. I made an appointment, completed the questionnaire and attended the clinic. Anna asked me lots of questions and did a lot of assessments. She was patient and understanding throughout. She said that I have PPPD and gave me a series of exercises to do at home together with suggestions on how to change my mindset and control the symptoms. After four months I’m now at a stage where I feel I can cope with the symptoms in a much better way. I have achieved goals that were discussed with Anna and I feel like I’m getting back to normal. I still have a little way to go but Anna has shown me the way and has given me the support and treatment I needed to resolve my problems. I highly recommend the services of Anna and her colleagues in Rawdon. I am truly grateful for the appointments, the treatment plan I have received and the progress I have made.
