An overdue review. I’ve never shopped for jewelry and I went to Jewelry Quarter for an engagement ring. I’ve been to 30+ shops looking for the best bargain, last I entered was Nigel Lynall’s. I was warm welcomed by Anna who was very friendly and took time to find the best deal for my money. Then Nigel came out of his workshop, greeted us and asked about few details then offered the best deal I had in all 30 shops I’ve been to. He even confirmed the ring size again to make sure it comes out perfect. And it was perfect. Thank you Nigel and all your lovely staff, I’m definitely recommending this place to everyone.

Absolutely a true pleasure to deal with, I can't believe this many friendly and professional staff exist in one business. "Apart from mine of course" 🤣 Me and my wife came in on spec 30th of December to enquire about remodeling my wife's Eternity ring, The lovely Karen did explain that they close down on 3rd January till March so a wait is on the cards. We were happy to wait however Karen smiled nicely at Nigel and before we knew it the ring was in the workshop and promised for completion on the next day!! 08:00 the following morning my mobile rang to inform me the ring was ready!! Upon arrival at the store we were greeted by Karen and many other smiling faces. The ring was absolute perfection and the price was super reasonable. Nigel, karen and the rest of the wonderful staff are certainly Diamonds 💎 Best wishes for the New Year from Roy and Clare Taylor "lifelong customer's from here in"

Myself and My Husband took a trip into the Jewellery Quarter today in search of an eternity ring. Our first stop was Lynall jewellers where we were met by a very friendly member of staff, who spent time helping us choose a ring that looked and fitted with my engagement ring. The one I loved was a little too small, so fully expected to have to wait however long it would take to alter it. My engagement ring also was a tad tight so needed to get that altered too. So within a few minutes we were told that the alterations could be done within 40 Minutes! Wow what brilliant service! So came home with a beautiful ring on my finger. I would highly recommend this great family business.

So, where to start!? From a dream into a reality!❣️ I found these guys by chance, after an exhausting day thinking that what I wanted didn't exist. The truth was, that what I wanted didn't exist, but that wasn't a problem! I arrived with a photo and it went from there. To note, for perfection, patience is key. So after an initial _cad_ design being sent to me for approval, to the next stage of casting in silver for me to try for fit and feel. To the finished product. Emily and Nigel listened to everything I wanted, and more importantly......why; to ensure they understood what was important to me. Nigel's skill is insurmountable and Emily's knowledge is second-to-none. Their team work and 'can do' approach has made this the most enjoyable experience. The whole team were a really lovely group of people to be around and completed the experience. My end piece of jewellery is beautiful, and I couldn't be happier. I think they were as excited about my collecting it, as I was! The upshot is, ..... I will be back.... and I'll be bringing my nearest and dearest with me. Highly recommended, without hesitation. Just to say.... the photos do not do this piece any true justice. I've also added a photo which shows the prototype against the finished product, to show part of the journey.

CALL FIRST! we've been going here for years for lots of important jewellery and the quality of the pieces is top notch. We love him BUT without fail, every time I make the long journey to see him he's closed. They close at random times and it's not publicised until you get there. So avoid a wasted journey and disappointment and call first

Emily and Nigel made everything so easy when shopping for a ring for our second wedding (Covid). I knew what I wanted and the experience was second to none! I spend all morning with my 1 year old going around all of the shops to which most weren’t that interested in my bespoke request! However at Lynall’s nothing was too much trouble, every question answered, put me totally at ease. Very personable service! Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t know what they want or do! Ring made quickly and the outcome was amazing. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for all of your efforts. Sure we will be back!
