Last year, my partner treated me to Botox for my birthday spent over £500 and unfortunately it didn’t work no results at all apart from a tiny bit then lip filler that worked for a couple of weeks. Botox didn’t work at all when we went back for a review after she told me, she hadn’t even put the amount in when you would think the whole amount would’ve been put in at once or that this would have been explained and it still didn’t work complete waste of our hard earned money. So we now don’t know who to trust with getting this done somewhere else, I assumed as it was West Malling that this wouldn’t happen. Service: Box Braids

I have used No 5 Beauty & Aesthetics over the summer- having booked BIAB manicures and pedicure. On first visit everything was excellent- very straightforward booking, good online email reminders etc, great nails by lovely therapist. Second visit my appointment was cancelled on the morning of the appointment due to bad traffic, but as I live locally and am retired, I was able to make the alternative time offered without significant inconvenience. Again, I was very happy with my manicure and pedicure. Third visit was scheduled for 9am this morning. Again, I received a text cancelling at 7.30am, due to staff sickness with the offer of another appointment tomorrow. This is of no use as I will be attending my stepdaughter’s wedding- sadly without lovely finger or toenails. I know sickness is unavoidable, but I am disappointed to have been let down a second time, at short notice and for both my phone calls to have gone unanswered. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
