This is NOT a hotel, I repeat, NOT a hotel. It's a shady Airbnb-style hoax. I booked this for my wife and I for the final night of our honeymoon because it was listed as a five-star hotel with a spa, pool & room service. NONE IF THIS WAS TRUE.. The women at check-in were nice but couldn't help us with a refund. Our room was on the 6th floor walk-up (no elevator) and it was a small apartment, NOT a hotel room. If we wanted to book an Airbnb we would have done so. This is completely falsle advertising as a luxury hotel. We wound up leaving immediately and booking an actual hotel. Still, not clear if we will get our money back. BUYER BEWARE!!

How they can call themselves a 5 star property is beyond me. The window didn’t close in the bedroom it was broken, the apartment was dirty, hairs in the bathroom. The shower control was broken, and was stuck, only boiling hot water, which you couldn’t stand under. The security of the room was not acceptable and I put a chair against the door. The rug in the sitting room should be thrown away it is filthy. Nobody ion reception except between 9am-5pm. Blind in bedroom so flimsy, you can see the lights from fire exits on other buildings. Don’t stay here, it’s awful. I booked through Mr & Mrs Smith, they should not be recommending this ‘hotel’ on their website. Lost all faith in Mr&Mrs Smith and will not book through them again.
