I am not a patient here but my son and partner are. We had very poor experiences with previous GP surgeries. My son is SEN and struggles in healthcare settings and becomes distressed very quickly. Most doctors struggle to examine him. That being said Dr Baig and Dr Suthi have always been so patient with him and listen to our concerns. Thank you.

Terrible practise with Abusive doctors who make up lies when you disagree with them or you insist on getting the medications you need. I was sent a warning letter because I told the doctor he is rude and dismissive and that he can’t ignore my needs because they need to hand out less of my medications. They then said I was Abusive and threatening????!!! In other words let them do whatever they want to you or they will make up lies about you. After I explained to them I will record all future calls they realised they can’t do it again and so they after 6months on their books they said “Oh sorry you aren’t in our area and you can’t be registered her even through we registered you here... you need to find a new doctor” Needless to say I told them no... I will wait for them to remove me from their list and then sue them for compensation and ask the manager to step down for allowing doctors to lie about “feeling threatened” as if they are corrupt police. In short they are terrible ppl... just one good employee Leoni.... everyone else is bad at their job and a bad person morally

Inconsistent advice given depending who you speak to. Very untimely, often have to chase everything up multiple times before it is done and often then done incorrectly. No regard for the patient. Staff are very quick to divide themselves as admin vs doctors so nobody takes responsibility for any issues, there is no one team approach with the best interests of the patient in mind.

Do I need to say much? The reviews tell you it all. I have no idea how this place is still up and running! Can never get an appointment and when you do get through an are told a doctor will ring back, they don’t. Whole lot need sacking and replacing. I worry for anyone’s health who has any serious health problems who rely on this joke of a place they call a doctor surgery.

Several times I have been to this practice, the service they’re provided by the receptionists is awful and awful and awful. I’ve been trying to get the doctor to see my arm for a week and every attempt has been a failure, their email addresses and links have always deemed useless, so many hours wasted trying to get my problem across to their outdated system. My doctor, Doctor Wong , luckily is an amazing doctor, I appreciate him very much.

Absolutely horrible! I signed out of this GP as fast as I could. I spent 6 months in and out of here with a urine infection. I was prescribed the same 3 tablets which didn’t work, I kept doing water samples and they LOST 4 of my samples!! I went to my last appointment there, refused to do another sample and told them to find the others that I had done and that I didn’t even need the toilet. She gave me HER COFFEE CUP, ASKED ME TO POUR THE REST OF HER COFFEE AWAY, SWILL IT OUT IN THE SINK IN THE DOCTORS ROOM (no washing soap or anything) AND FILL IT WITH WATER AND DRINK IT!! To make me need to use the toilet……. Of course I refused but I can’t believe that she even suggested me doing that. How vile. Rude receptionists. Receptionists will wait AT LEAST all day to send your prescription to the chemist, and if you call up asking for the whereabouts of your prescription, they basically tell you off. They told me that I’m not the one working there, and that they haven’t even stopped all day. At this rate they haven’t had a toilet break since 2004… Honestly save yourself the effort. Find somewhere else.

Absolutely do not recommend signing up to this practice!!! I am appalled with the mistreatment I received- staff are extremely rude to each-other and their patients! I am shocked to say the least. I will mostly certainly be taking my issues further!
