  BED BUG ALARM! We switched rooms because the shower didn't work properly but in our second room. We found multiple bed bugs! - only bed sheets, no blankets - room was freezing - water was either very cold or burning hot

  A basic place to stay. The location is good, close to Paddington station, Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, etc. No breakfast offered as advertised. We had a room at the top of the building, so several flights of narrow stairs. Room was clean and on the small side with beds, small TV, wardrobe, WC, shower & towels, but no kettle, drinking glasses, tea, coffee,etc. For us it was perfect and OK value, as we were only in the room briefly and for one night, as going out to a gig, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. Luxury it ain't!

Po příjezdu nás do 10ti minut přivítal usměvavý recepční a doprovodil nás k pokoji. Pokoje nejsou velké, zařízení je starší, ale je zde čisto. Koupelna menší, ale účel splnila. Voda ve sprše se špatně reguluje, takže někdy sprcha vlažná, jindy horká. Každý den úklidová služba, pěkně ustlané postele, vysátý koberec. Jedině, co mohu vytknout jsou okna, sice pěkné udržované, natřené, ale jde přes ně hluk a netěsní, takže spaní u okna bylo pro otužilce. Není zde k dispozici žádné občerstvení.
