She has focused on working out the root causes of some issues I have with my posture and made a real difference in improving my mobility, which has been great. I found that Lauren really thinks about what needs to be done to resolve problems rather than just performing a general all-over massage. She has a holistic mindset and also gives practical advice on what you can do to continue improving. She is also very considerate in her approach, creates a relaxing environment for the treatment, and takes into account any feedback you give during the session. My massage with Lauren was both beneficial & relaxing. I suffer with tension in my lower back & shoulders..Lauren knew exactly where to apply pressure to relieve the tension whilst always checking to make sure that I was comfortable. Also working on my neck & finishing with a light head massage which was very therapeutic. A friendly welcome & made sure that I was comfortable before starting the treatment. A lot of tension was released leaving me feeling much more comfortable & relaxed. I would definitely recommend a visit to Lauren.

Lauren treated me for shoulder issues, particularly my left shoulder and a tight lumbar area as well as the beginnings of plantar faciatis. She talked me through a thorough assessment of my posture and movement. Then discussed what her course of action would be in order to remedy what was causing me problems. That aspect done, we then began the first massage. I am not keen on the heavy pressure/pain that sports massage is known for and so she worked at my comfortability levels at all times. I was sore in my feet and shoulders the next day, but the followings days all stiffness and tightness cleared up. Which is a fantastic result!! To sum up, Lauren is an intuitive and professional masseuse. I felt safe, comfortable and cared for every step of the way. I highly recommend Lauren for anyone that wants to relax or has a muscular issue they want help with; Lauren is a safe pair of hands. Thank you Lauren
