Extremely unprofessional sales team. Although friendly at start, later become completely unreachable. There had been multiple delays with their off-plan development in Leeds called Alexandra Park. Constantly being lied to about the condition of the project and update, even though they were full aware that none of the completion dates were realistic. Approaching long stop date now and 1 week past last practical completion date and there is absolute no update which is extremely unprofessional. If you are seeking to buy an off-plan development with NPG, don’t.
