Northstar Removals helped move my elderly Mother on Friday. Unfortunately, we experienced delays on the day of completion with our buyers solicitors which we didn't envisage happening. However, the Northstar Team made the whole ordeal a lot easier especially once we got the keys the other end. The removals team continued to work into the evening to ensure my Mum was unpacked and settled the other end. In regards to the initial quote/visit to estimate, Greg was very friendly, professional and again put my Mum at ease about the process. The quote was competitive and all costs were highlighted from the outset. Communication on the whole was excellent and we were able to email or telephone Northstar with any queries we had before and during the move. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Northstar Removals! 5 STAR SERVICE!

We hired Northstar for a two bedroom apartment removal (full packing + moving). They did an amazing job and they completed the job swiftly. The team was very professional and thorough. They also handled all our belongings with a lot of care to ensure nothing would get damaged. Finally, they came back a few days later after we had unpacked in order to collect all the boxes. I would definitely recommend this company!

I chose Northstar Removals to carry out my move this time, as last time they quoted and I made a mistake and chose another company, which was rather unsatisfactory. On this occasion i’m very happy I made the correct decision. Although our move was challenging, especially with stairs, the team were positive, methodical, professional and a pleasure to have working in our home. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Used Northstar for a removal recently - I went for the full packing service which was beyond worth it if you are considering which option to go for. Packed all of my fragile glassware and the only thing that didn’t make the journey was one egg out of a box of 6! I really liked that all materials were dropped off ahead of time so you could pack any personal bits yourself and then all The empty boxes and packaging were picked up the other end once unpacked which was a life saver. Would absolutely Use again when we move
