Excellent service from the start . Starting with a phone call to Shirley who pulled out all stops to arrange a viewing at a minutes notice . Helping me understand the process of being a cash buyer which was very helpful. Meeting John at the property, even ringing me when he was near by as not to be waiting outside the property no longer then needed to be . John walked me around the property helping with the many queries I had . I found his experience extremely helpful and gave me a good insight to the property. In short . They were very helpful, informative and very professional.

Who doesn't dread using an estate agent? Who hasn't heard all the horror stories? In my opinion, none of the other estate agents in this area compare with Northwood. Impeccable service levels, calls answered promptly, enquiries answered quickly and professionalism displayed throughout the process. I always felt that this company was constantly on the ball. I worked with John Ounsworth and he is at the top of his game. Having been around a long time I can find fault with anything (so my wife tells me) but I am hard pressed to think of anything that Northwood didn't do right with my sale. Would I use them again? I most certainly would.
