Thanks Connor Aldis for your professionalism and caring approach. You are an asset to Nuffield Health as a duty manager and they are lucky to have you. Thanks again Anouck

Truly awful, was dirty, poor selection of equipment and even though I had membership which included towels, they said didn't apply to them. Oh well... I would avoid.

One of the worse nuffield gyms that I have been too. It is very outdated and needs a refreshment ASAP. I'm tired of going to nuffield gyms and there is rust on equipment and outdated facilities. Fix up.

Still the worst and useless management in whole London. Between having a machine at the reception and them, the machine would be 3 times more useful and helpful than the team at reception. No solutions, no answers, no willing to help... Just doing hours behind a desk. Just to collect payments. Not even a hello and good bye from them. Still waiting to someone to give a s.... about what we claim as members. No one takes responsibility to come and speak to you. Today i'm cancelling my suscription, Again, these guys not being clear with this, they want you to cancel before the 15th of every month because the bank agreement. Then it's one month, and at the end 45 days of notice to cancel just to get you 1 more filthy payment of 71 pounds, (the one that they increased because the electricity bills, but they removed the Hot tube. So they charge you more to cover the cost but they give you less).

Went there for a year. Old equipment, machines sometimes out of use for weeks without repair, many of the male lockers broken / with missing keys for the entire time I went there. Most keys now don't even have a keyring anymore so they are annoying to carry and you have to remember the locker number. Worse yet, they "temporarily" closed the jacuzzi (which to me was virtually its only saving grace and the reason I originally chose this gym) during the autumn and winter periods blaming energy costs, but keeping the membership fee the exact same. As they decided to permanently close the jacuzzi, I decided to switch to the adjacent gym for half the price.

They closed the jacuzzi all through winter to save on costs, price remained the same. They’ve now permanently closed the jacuzzi and increased the price £10 a month. It’s basically a community leisure centre at a huge monthly price.

For such a massive venue and great location in the heart of Battersea, it’s a shame Nuffield doesn’t bring this location up to par with the other city-based studios. The gym does have an expansive number of machines but all of the small details really impact the experience, like no free towel service. I was told renting a towel for the day was 8.50, which is an absolute joke. The yoga mats for the class likely haven’t ever been replaced. And there was not a single sanitising wipe in the yoga studio. There’s just some small tweaks the studio could make to really turn this around: 1. Bring back towel rentals free of charge for members, like every other any Nuffield location does 2. Replenish sanitising wipes in the studios and main gym 3. Get new yoga mats for the class studios

One of the worst gyms in London. The facilities are very old and with a poor maintenance. The staff is like they don't exist. Once the boy’s jacuzzi broke down and it was closed for almost two months. There are leaks everywhere when it’s raining. Definitely it’s a too expensive gym. I do not recommend it to anyone
