Good location and staff are nice but a few annoying aspects of this gym that surely wouldn’t take much money for the owners to rectify. 1. Wifi doesn’t extend up to the actual gym area, which is a massive issue considering there is limited 4G coverage inside the bldg. it’s 2023…almost laughable situation to not be able to access internet when working out. 2. It’s warm and stuffy in there. You don’t get that pleasant “cool” feel you get in other gyms. I guess they are trying to save energy bills… 3. When equipment doesn’t work, it doesn’t work for a while 4. The sauna/steam room often seemed closed…I’ve stopped trying in there (maybe it’s open now). 5. The TVs have very poor reception lol…again almost like a 1990s gym.

A nice well established health club. Large with a decent sized pool. The staff give a community feel to the place which is nice and they are always happy to help. The only thing slightly negative is that it has stayed the same, look and feel wise for years and it's due a referb. The pool side is looking worn and showers could do with a spruse up. Recently closing down the jacuzzi has left a big gap in the pricing versus facilities available for members.

Good gym in general, swimming pool is correct, lesson are pretty good Only regret is they close the spa pool definitely for economic reason but still ask us to pay the same amount for a service that we can’t use anymore. Not fair but management let me know that nothing will be done, unless give me the possibility to leave.

Good gym and better than 90% of other NH’s out there but I’m giving 3*, purely on my frustration that even after all this time they still don’t provide member wifi that covers the building (coffee area only). The building is a warehouse so you can’t get signal to stream music. So, unless your library is downloaded, you’ll be working out without your tunes. Since most members here stick religiously to international Chest Monday, Global Back Tuesday and Worldwide Shoulders Wednesday, a tip would be to train muscle groups on different days to these to get the best workout after work. In the daytime or morning, it’s much easier.

Excellent customer service, very professional and friendly staff. A place where you can disconnect from the outside world. Would be great to enjoy the jacuzzi again.

Desperately requiring a major refresh, the gym is aging. Luke warm air circulating makes for a sweaty experience, some equipment broken for long periods, no Wi-Fi, no 4G reception, music playing out of distorted speakers that cannot be escaped due to lack of connectivity, shared parking with cinema is tough to park on school holidays and weekends. Often can’t find handles for the cables machines, is it that difficult to have a surplus?! Hot tub out of order for 6 months. Lockers require padlocks which is another pain. All in all if you’re looking for a 2005 experience then this gym suits you.
