    It has all you need, staff is lovely! not really busy, very clean and towels always available. Have not used the swim pool, but the sauna, plunge and steam room are a must.

    Let's be honest Nuffield Gym Moorgate, is ok, nice friendly staff. Good, clean swimming pool, good gym. Doctors sports nutritionist and personal fitness trainers. Clean mens changing room clean showers, what more could you ask for.

    Horrible experience! The spa and pool is at least 30s walk from the women’s changing area. So you can’t go directly from women locker place. What’s worst, they shut the men’s spa so all men can come to women’s spa. Most of the time the spa is completely occupied by mean and I can’t even put one foot into the steam room. With same amount of membership fee, other gyms offer far better experience. I’ll definitely not roll my subscription

    Booked a trial today, one of the staff member gave a tour around gym. After i told him that i want to use the equipment before i commit myself to monthly membership. He told me that I cant use it, and they dont have daily passes. How can u review gym equipment without even using it. Really disappointed.

    This place has serious capacity issues and it is clear they've over-sold. It takes 12 months or more for a generic health 360 appointment. They don't answer the contact centre phones so it's impossible to get through to anyone to make changes. It's shocking what Nuffield is able to get away with.

    I used to be a member of this gym until I moved jobs. Customer service in this gym is excellent in terms of front desk, much better than elsewhere. The gym itself is also decently well equipped and has good personal trainers.
