After trying several doctors on Harley street, she’s the only one that has sorted out my skin and made it such that I can go out without makeup. Refuse to honour vouchers for treatments. I am unable to review their services - I bought a voucher for £300 and was informed that as I had become pregnant, i was unable to use it for the laser facial. They told me to return after I had finished breast feeding. Alongside COVID, this has led to a prolonged delay and despite promising to honour the voucher, they have now changed their mind, despite even me suggesting that I pay an incremental fee. Really unhelpful. Just responding to the comments below. Throughout my pregnancies i was assured that the vouchers would be valid. The time limit was put on the treatment in November 2021 and coincided with Kent and London lockdowns. Also I was told that the three facials could only be one - which i agreed to. Throughout this process, I have sought to be constructive and was assured the treatment would still take place. The simple fact of the matter was that was not the case, and even with me asking if I can pay extra... for a service that was one third of what was originally promised. It is a simple case of being disingenuous. The voucher of £50 today would still require that I spend over £500 for 3 treatments as per the original agreement. I am afraid that I cannot recommend this clinic who have sought to hide behind national lockdowns to avoid providing a service.
