I have enjoyed being employed through Nurseplus to be able to care for people in there own home. The care packages which give you numerous hours with the same client across the day allow you to build up a strong relationship, and become comfortable with each other. Although remaining professional at all times, being in each others company for a prolonged period of time helps for the client to see you as more of a friendly face than just a “worker in there home”. Additionally to this, Nurseplus provide a great Milage rate to and from the clients home, and a good hourly rate. The office staff are always just a phone call away, helpful and easy to talk to. They will provide you with all the support you need to enjoy working!

The office has poor communication between staff. One of them could not direct staff to a client's back door after several months. The client lost the use of their vocal chords a long time ago, and despite making this clear to an office member, the client was labeled 'rude' because she cannot control her pitch of voice. This is discrimination. Not inclususive or respectful of diverse disabilities.Not one carer ever read the client's profile. This is really poor quality of conduct. In addition the client was subjected to a torrant of abuse by a carer because they all gossip about clients behind the clients back.
