Coffee here is great, so I want to give this place a 5-star review, but a warning about the CNCPT store that you have to go through to get to OAD in the back. Staff at CNCPT (or at least one woman with black hair and a lot of cosmetic work done) are extremely stuck up and provide atrocious service. I arrived at 11:52am looking for OAD to be told there is no coffee and that they're closed until noon (even though their FB page says they're open from 11am). Ok so you open at noon not 11am like your FB page states, but also there's no "give us a couple minutes to open up" or "sorry, we open at noon in a few minutes, could you come back then" just "we're not open right now and there's no coffee shop back here." I then ask (knowing that OAD is in the back because I had been there the day before), "ok you open at noon, but there's no coffee shop in the back? there's a sign right here that says there's coffee..." To which she replies "where?" I point at the sign that's right next to me in their doorway and say "right here." She then replies "ok maybe we do have a coffee shop but we're not open until noon." If you work at this store you ought to know whether or not you have a coffee shop, and as she keeps making it known that I'm not welcome, it's actually getting closer and closer to 12pm. Btw, I took a look around the day before when I did go to OAD that is in fact there in the back, and while they have a nice (if small) selection, they are way overpriced, so if you want to be treated like garbage and overpay for stuff, swing by CNCPT and have a look!

Went there for their pistachio latte. Really glad that it is one of the few coffee shops that make pistachio latte. Great coffee and friendly staff. Located inside the CNCPT shoe store, so it might be a bit tricky to be found.
