I inherited objectsource as a supplier when I joined the company I work for back in 2014. Throughout those years I cannot fault them for their work, they communicate well and have adhered to deadlines. I have a pretty good idea of what I want going into each project and I am fairly demanding but the team at object source have been happy to help me achieve what I need, but most importantly, the team have been unafraid to challenge ideas and provide different solutions. This has been the most valuable attribute when working with them. My only criticism and the reason for 4 stars as opposed to 5, is I'd like more of Rebecca's time, but that's only because her advice and guidance is so valuable. I am more than happy to recommend and have done on several occasions.

I never write a negative feedback about anyone or any company but this company deserved a negative feedback and also I don't want anyone else to go through what I have gone through. They supposed to create a new Magento 2 website and they gave promises about the design and process before I signed the contract. As soon as I signed the contract they forced me to accept very badly designed with full of errors website. All the promises they made was over the phone they asked for written email communications. So I started to record the phone calls! On the last recorded phone conversation, I was promised to get a full refund and contract cancellation. This was confirmed 6 times during the conversation. When I follow up the return 2 weeks later, I received an email 'we never promised you for the refund, you either accept the design or go'. As soon as I said the I have the phone conversation recorded, she agreed to take the case to board members which I heard nothing for another 2 weeks. I had to take the case to court. As we are a small company and they are part of a big company with all lawyers, they attacked me with their claws on. I had to fight to get my refund. It was the worst decision I made to work with them and trust them create a website for my business! I wasted so much time, money and energy and worse part of it, I had to deal with such a nasty behaviors. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!
