    Lovely ice cream, especially the pistachio. Went over at 9.19pm to be told the customers in front of us were the last to be served. Disappointed. Confused. Closing time listed as 10pm. Ended up having the pistachio at Venchi’s instead 🤷🏻‍♀️

    It used to be really good till last summer, since then ive been giving lots of chances and always dissappointed believing it would have been one off but it wasnt... Coffee flavour is watery, sometimes coffee is sort of cristalised, hazelnut flavour has half of the hazelnut flavour used to have and that sort of "fake" taste. Nah... not anynore!

    Worst vegan ice-cream I have ever had in my life!! Tried the Stracciatella Vegana and it was so disappointing. It is tasteless, as if eating iced water, the only flavour comes from the chocolate chips. I had about 1/3 of it and couldn't take it anymore, so I told the staff I'm sorry but I would like to return it as it tastes really bad/has almost no taste. The staff replied, "you can just throw it in the bin behind you", without offering any alternatives or sympathy. I felt really disappointed about the ice-cream and the customer service in general, do not recommend!
