    Buys new items from eBay and returns used and faulty part to make money. This happened to our business recently. They bought new thermostat housing from our eBay store QBEC MOTOR PARTS and returned faulty thermostat housing of some other brand. We sent several messages to them but received no reply. EBay refunded the order upon return delivery and we are now in a process of appealing to eBay . In simple terms this is called conning because they got a new part for free.We have now blocked them so that they could not buy any product from us in future. I hope other car parts sellers will also notice my feedback when they are conned and block them buying , hence I am leaving this feedback to make them aware.
