Within only a few hours of expressing interest in a chateau rental for our wedding venue, Evie reached out and had the ball rolling for us. Evie took the stresses of choosing a wedding venue and turned them into delights. She has been very responsive and you could not ask for a better liaison between client and owner. We found Oliver’s through a photographer friend, when we were trying to plan our wedding. We didn’t expect to fall in love with so many places. We reached out for assistance from a wedding and event’s coordinator, and Aisling responded in great time. While we thought we knew what we needed, she advised us to send over our requirements for a property. Little did we know that she would find us the perfect place for our small wedding. The details and payments were handled in an orderly, timely manner and now we’re set for our wedding in Bordeaux! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very informed. No questions left unanswered. I would definitely book with Oliver’s again. You can’t go wrong!

The Villa was generally first class in terms of the facilities, decor, pool & garden. However, the menus are repetitive for longer stays and we weren't aware that the cook/cleaners would be living on site so it wasn't quite the private villa experience we had expected. Also, just outside of the villa walls is some common land where wild dogs roam and barked constantly for hours during the night - it was impossible to sleep and had a big impact on the enjoyment of our holiday.
